• Caseworker arrives for an on-site interview with caregiver and child. GPS coordinates are captured with date and timestamp.

• Authentication Barcode, Biometric or PIN. System captures date/time for each event.

• Caregivers enter their PIN for validation.

• Caseworker enters information about the child and his/her condition. Capture forms, text and/or voice. Alerts are generated based on vital data collected.

• All participants sign the mobile device to verify that the assessment is complete. The signature is electronically stored

• Caseworker takes a picture of the child using the handheld after the assessment is complete. The picture is electronically stored. Final date/time collected to determine length of visit.
